I noticed the online registration form for the pair go tournament, but I'm having difficulty finding when the games are actually played in the schedule that's posted on the US Go Congress website. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but it's not clear to me when these games will be played.
Does anyone know?
Also, is signing up online sufficient to participate? Do you have to find your own partner?

Everyone I know that has played has picked their own partner. That isn't to say that, if there are solo people signed up, they won't pair you together. Also, in my experience, the sign-ups at the Congress are the ones actually used. Sometimes, I think, the pre-sign-up forms are to gauge participation.
All that said, I have no idea how it is run this year. Your best bet for an accurate answer is to e-mail the tournament director.
