I do.
What part of the state are you in?
Also, in addition to the AGA, there is also http://promotego.org/go-clubs/United-States/Michigan

Re: Go Club in MI
I used to live in Michigan. The most active experiences I've had were around colleges. If you're around Ann Arbor, the go club there is very good. It used to meet on Thursdays and Sundays in the Expresso Royale. As far as I know, they still do. Grand Rapids used to have a club that met at a bookstore - I think Barnes & Noble. There's also Schuler's, which seems to be more active recently. If you're in the upper peninsula, you can try around Houghton. I helped start a club there, but I don't know if it's still active.
Which brings us to the more general solution: try to advertise and start a go club in your local area. This works even if you're not around one of the cities listed above.

Unfortunately the Grand Rapids Go Club is no longer meeting. Instead, the West Michigan Go Club was started and is now meeting in Grand Rapids at a D&W Fresh Market at Breton Village.
You also have the Kalamazoo Go Club meeting on the west side. They meet in a D&W during the summer and on Western Michigan's campus during the school year.
During the school year you also have a club that meets at Grand Valley State University.
Go is doing pretty well on the west side considering GR's club stopped meeting. Actually, other than the U of M/Ann Arbor club and the newer one in Rochester Hills I haven't heard much from the east side. I hope Detroit still has some clubs meeting. Maybe I should e-mail some of the old addresses on the AGA's site and PromoteGo to see if they are still meeting...

Interesting. I don't know if it's the "Grand Rapids Go Club", but I thought Schuler's in GR ran advertisements for a weekly go meetup at least around a year ago. Maybe it's stopped since then.

The last time the "Go Group," as Schuler's apparently advertised it, met according to their website was at the Alpine location on July 7, 2010. http://www.schulerbooks.com/events_archive?page=51
My understanding is that the GR club was meeting in Schuler's, but meeting times and attendance both became erratic and so the group stopped meeting sometime in 2010-11. The West Michigan Go Club was started in late 2012/early 2013 when its leader contacted the GR club and was told that they were no longer meeting. The guy who ran the GR club now attends the West Michigan Go Club.
From what I've been told It's not that unusual for clubs to go through cycles like that. One club will run for a few years, then die for a year or two, and then another club will take its place and so on. I'm just glad that GR has a club again. It would be pretty sad if the second largest city in Michigan didn't have a go club. (And let's be honest, it will probably soon be the largest...)
