Why that? I have posted it here a few days after he had changed it to his current avatar

I have no idea who Chow Yun Fat is, even after reading the Wikipedia article.

Depends on what type of movies you enjoy. I'd say Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is quite good. Also not to be too picky, but don't watch it through dubs :)

Oh man... as a kid with a Cantonese mom and lots of Cantonese relatives, I practically grew up with old Hong Kong movies.

I think I remember seeing this as a kid, loving it, seeing it again as a college student, and loving it even more.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJMdPb0iMM4

Seriously. Watch at least this first part. It's ridiculously awesome. Truly, Hong Kong style.

Note: bad subs, with the dice, it's the lower score that wins. Also, the guy got 790k, not 190k.

Your text would be better concealed in this color.

They're a few of the big-time movies in which Chow Yun-fat has played a major or leading role. As Magicwand mentioned, he has starred in a ton of non-Hollywood movies. A great actor IMO.

Sounds like a Nick "tasteless" quote right there Araban. ;)

And I agree. Now I want to see the rest of that. ;)

ross,
Since you have haven't seen Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, maybe I should warn you that you won't see any tigers or dragons in it. You know why?

They are crouching and hidden :D
