Another triple-ko game

There seems to be more of these in recent years. I wonder why. From most recent Chinese League.

I saw that one, but I kind of wonder why they stopped it, because it looks like a single Ko to me, or at most a double ko, it seems all white has to do is fill at S-5, since white has two ko's, an eye, and black has to connect to approach. Gu Li could have filled at move 236 instead of retaking the ko, was he trying to milk it for idle threats or maybe he was behind in the game?


Also it seems that many of the high profile multiple ko involve Gu Li.
