DrStraw, of course it's not "convincing". I am neither from Any region of America but from a whole nother continent instead. But I live in Minnesota now, a "Shakopeean" and I have friend from nearly everywhere. And since I'm not a native speaker, I believe it is only fair that I would have the tendency to pick up certain quirks from any region. So sorry for not being believable.
