List of chinese pros

As it always pisses me off to have to browse from a site to another to find some informations on X or Y player, I created a table which lists all players. This is the first "sketch" version for the chinese professional players.
And so I'll share it here, it might be useful to many players as well.

It's not finished yet (you can still make suggestion, so I can add more data)
But, I already intend to add / do :

A- Their accomplishments (titles, and more)
B- Display names/ and ranks vertically (I don't like scrolling to the right)
C- Finish adding hyperlinks to the names of the players (yes, they are hyperlinks, you can already click some and get redirected to go4go or gobase)
D- If I can find how (any clue, guys?), I will change the color of the hyperlinks. I don't like blue/grey...

The tables for the japanese, taiwanese, and korean players will follow soon.

Any other suggestion is welcome.

Brief comment: GoGoD is a great offline resource to have if, among many other things, you are interested in information of this nature.

I was about to try but I get "access denied, error 403", trying to reach http://www.gogod.co.uk/ ?

Yes, just like gobase, GoGoD is commercial and closed source. So, one also needs an open source wiki with go information that everybody can correct and add to.

Maybe you missed the news, but T Mark Hall (half of GoGoD) died last year so it has changed. See http://www.britgo.org/node/4562 .

Nice job! Please drop me an email at mace#go4go.net. I can send you the list of Chinese names, their corresponding Pinyin, and the player IDs used in the Go4Go database.

Hey macelee

I already have the pinyin names for all players, but I didn't include them in the database purposely. First, because the romanization often looks the same, and because I wanted the names to fit the ones one can find on senseis, go4go and the likes.

I will share a copy of all lists as soon as they are done, here. (taiwanese and japanese lists are about 90% ready, should be finished tomorrow)
