Hu Yuqing 1p

Post by Uberdude »

I just saw a game on WBaduk described as being between Hu Yuqing 1dp and Li Zhe 6dp. 1st round of some chinese characters I couldn't copy/paste. Is this the same Yu Huqing as the 8d amateur who won the WAGC twice, or a different, presumably young, Chinese guy with the same name?

EDIT: I see go4go has the game as Hu Yuqing 8d ama in Bailing cup prelims. Maybe WBaduk just called him a pro as their software can't cope with ama vs pro in the pro live game broadcast feature?

Could it be, this tourney ? http://www.wbaduk.com/event/witc2/intro.asp

i guess not, chinese players wouldn't play each other, or would they ?

I checked now and on the Japan server at least it's corrected to 8d vs 6p.
