I thought this was more amusing than the recent self-atari.
Cho U wrote an apology in Weekly Go for his forfeit loss in the Honinbo League to Yuki Satoshi. He failed to get the location of the match correct thinking it was in Tokyo and later finding out it was in Osaka.
I guess you really have to be careful with your schedule. Luckily it wasn't an important match in standings for him and Yuki even with the win was dropped from the league.
