It might be good if this link:

viewforum.php?f=1

went to the page with the sections and sub-sections. Otherwise, people who come won't see the many sub-sections.

The "main forum link" is:
index.php

What you've pasted is the sub-forum link for those few forums. Maybe that sub-forum should be renamed from the current misleading "Life In 19x19.com", which implies everything on the site is under there, to something more like "General Go Discussion" or "General Topics", but it still belongs there in the architecture of the site, just like:
viewforum.php?f=3
viewforum.php?f=26
and
viewforum.php?f=6

maybe we should lock a few threads that are no longer relevant (though, I've never been a big fan of locking threads in the past, I can see where it might be useful after fullfilling feature and bug request)

The sub-forum name was almost instantly changed to ""Life In 19x19.com General Topics", too. These guys are amazing!
