Hi PlaySlow,
N17 is nice: remove W's eyespace, and extend from your UR stone.
Your move is OK, too. No big problems in the opening.

Good exchange for Black.
Not good. Very strange feeling: you are strong here, W is not, you can continue to pressure W, for your own profit, but your move
is backing off.
Either A or B is better than your move.
Q15 (B) extend is solid, good cash for you.
P15 (A) hane is more work, can lead to a fight, so it requires more reading.
P15 is hane at the head of W's 2 stones; good shape for Black.
Black is strong here, so if W fights back, Black should be OK.
If you play like this, you must have first read it out carefully -- did you ?
You are still in the middle of a fight.
If W o15 and captures your cutting stone,
then W is completely connected that corner and W becomes very thick there.
If you run with o15, AND the resulting fight is good for you,
then you want to read B o15 -- did you ?
Your question here. B has multiple options here; it depends on what you want.
However, this is not so important.
The issues at

See

Did you consider if W splits you at, say, H6 ?
You'll end up with two weak groups -- your bottom L3 group quite heavy.
Did you consider this ?
Why here ? And not D13 to try to cut W and kill W ?

Re: 9k vs 9k review request
It is enlightening comment again Edlee, thanks. I never considered O15 actually and considered my stone as dead already. For 83 u are also right, i tried to make a bulge shape. It is a situation like "monkey sees monkey does". When i see bulge shape, i instantanly make it.
I will play my games considering attack and defense more.

There are two sides to this coin:PlaySlow wrote:When i see bulge shape, i instantanly make it.
- The good thing is you recognize the tiger's mouth.
You see it; this is good. - The bad part is you become blind to the rest of the board; this is very bad.
