Re: Japenese hand book
They seem to be additional booklets from the Go World magazine. Do you have a better picture? It is hard to read some kanji since the picture is blurry and the books are worn.

The small booklets are supplements distributed with magazines like Kido, Igo Kurabu, and Igo. These are not available to buy separately as far as I know. The right hand two of the larger books are Chinese, the left hand one seems to be Korean; can't help beyond that.

I did a quick search on Amazon Japan. Here are some highly rated tsumego books.

I did a lot of photos for you, see the spoiler:
I didn't think in search amazon, thank you. Although I thought in books that I can carry in one pocket of my backpack when I go to library to relax with tsumegos.

I have about 30 of them, got them for cheap from some Taiwanese player, he posted an add on flygo. Every booklet has about 45 problems, and no ISBN. I've seen some on sale on Japanese yahoo used Go books.
They are somewhere in my basement, will try to scan some pages and post it here soon (when I find them)
