I don't play on Tygem super often, but the last couple of times I have, the client is super slow to respond while in a game. For nearly every move I wait 10-30 seconds after I click until the stone is placed, sometimes with the whole client going into "program not responding" mode. Has anyone else had this problem? I was thinking it might be a compatibility issue with windows 10, since I think that is the biggest change that occurred on my system before the problems started. I am hesitant to re-install it because I doubt it will help, and I remember having a really hard time getting it installed in the first place.
Anyway, if I can't get this issue fixed, I guess I will just have to give up playing on Tygem. It is too frustrating to deal with, and is pretty much an instant loss if things get to byo-yomi.

It helped me once and if you don't want to install again, then just wait. Tygem updates the server software about every two weeks and sometimes it changes something to the better.
