Hello,
Ive been looking all the nice things at Kuroki's shop for last couple days and spotted there honinbo style bowls. Didnt know such things existed. I tried to find more pictures of bowls of that type, but the only couple pictures i found were from the same page and from their youtube channel (bowl making video).
does anyone know where i could find pictures of honinbo style bowls? has anyone used them and what they feel like? im really tempted to buy from kuroki's, but are they sold anywhere else so i could compare a little? Kuroki's has only light colored ones.
honinbo style go bowls?

Heh … if I’d find some pretty and price-worthy ones which I (living in Germany) could easily order, then I’d do so.iippo wrote:No one here admits owning or atleast having tried one?

I actually prefer the regular style bowls. I just don't like these, personally.iippo wrote:thanks for the links, look into them after work.

Reminds me a little of the pair-go bowls, which are extremely cool and utilitarian.
See the following 19x19 thread for a nice pic of Keith's bowls: http://www.lifein19x19.com/forum/viewto ... 19&t=12387.
