D14 is OK, but with the help of the K16 stone, you should probably rather play E17. If white replies at F17, you can then play D14

D-14 is fine.

Second choice, F-15.

Do you think that White will reply at F-17?

d14 is probably better than e17 as it doesn't give white a chance to correct his direction mistake.
