I like Japanese Rules, Byo-Yomi clock, 6.5 komi for white, and standard 10 minute thinking time with 30 second times per period.

Well, in any case, these will just be the default settings which everybody will be able to change to their tastes when creating their auto-match request. But one should perhaps not choose too narrow settings to make it easier to find an opponent.
