It seems new account creation is still disabled after the spam problems a while ago. Can this be reenabled now? Someone on reddit was asking how to sign up.

I referred someone to lifein19x19 who is liquidating his go collection of stones and boards and would like to post in the Trade/For Sale section, but he said he is unable to create an account. Has a moratorium on new accounts been reimposed in lifein19x19?

User account registration is enabled, but the first couple of posts need to be approved by admin as a spam countermeasure.

Anticipating he will be successful this time, who should he reach out to for approval for posting?

It’s a shared queue. Someone should be able to approve it within a few hours, a maybe a day if the timing strikes so no one is checking.
