OK, IBM's 5 Qbits are not enough. What about EU's 100 Qbits, planned for 2022

After Leonardo the Italians did it again. Some guys from Italy implemented the first perceptron (single layered artificial neural network) on IBM's 5 Qbit box.
I assume it is not ready for a Qeelazero yet.
