This top tournament just finished. The winner was Golaxy. This program was developed by a guy who used to be in the equivalent of NASA in China*. It has a nice (old school) feature - it shows not just your estimated chance of winning, but also how many points you are estimated to be winning by. Interesting was the program BSK - apparently trained on around 5000 games of its author! Previously on L19x19 this kind of low number was scoffed at - so it sounds like the author really worked some magic there.
