Is this a partial record? The last move is white's but it's B+R.
afaik, complete. Yes, W played, then W resigned, in that order. dunno if the bot resigned or a human did for it. :)

I wonder what the threshold was for resignation. In any case, black could in theory make any of a number of slow moves in the wrong area bad enough to reverse the lead and I don't think that GTP allows you to resign on your opponent's move. So maybe a human did indeed call it.
