That ponnuki joseki is one AIs tend to like (though weaker/low playouts onces sometimes do it when the ladder isn't working!). Certainly black has more territory, though bear in mind the corner isn't aji-free: with c17 cut if black wants to keep the corner he has to answer submissively and white can get some forcing moves, or else if atari white can make a tripod group later.
