I finally managed to find my copy of the GoGoD disk; I had a hard drive copy, but that one died about 6 months ago, sometime after a move, so...
Anyhow, my copy is from Summer 2012 and I know it's changed some, since, but I haven't been able to find anything besides the discontinuation of the database [*]. Does anyone know what other content has changed since?

[*] As an aside, I understand keeping track of championships in, at least, six different organizations can't be anywhere close to easy, but I do miss having some place to find old games that doesn't require going through logins and others. For example, finding games by Yokoze Iho is not easy (you can find one, the other three are... somewhere?). I assume finding rediscovered games from the Golden Age of the Godokoro isn't easy, either.
