There are a few things I'd do different, if I had the time for them, but...

Did a private printing through Lulu. My own cover (you'll notice I'm not a good designer), the same ol' PDF. If I had to do it again, I'd try to paginate it with smaller margins: the text and diagrams come out too small. That said, it works. The size I chose (8.5x11 inches) puts it somewhere between Genjo-Chitoku and Invincible.

Just in case it gives ideas to someone.

The 400+ page version, but yes. Printing it at home, which I did some years ago, is both more expensive and unbound, so...

Just to be clear, let me repeat I did it for a personal print.
