Can't register on Tygem

After I fill all necessary fields at http://www.tygemgo.com/emember/member.asp?pn=2 I get the following message: "Not permitted to log in/connect(4)." Sometimes there is another message: "error(12)". Any help, please?

Same problem here. Probably it's an issue on their end.

Tygem feels like it was last updated in 1998 :lol:
