Thinking about it. I am aware of failed efforts in the past like baduk movies. So failure to plan = plan to fail.

I am thinking what kinda budget is needed to run this for one year. And how make it sustainable.

Everyone right now earns way more through patreon alone than what they would get for a share of USD 9.99 per month. So the model right now seems pretty effective to me.
This is not thinking about the future. Patreon is not that effective. Anyway, many stuff will consolidate into in the future since doing this individually just isn't that effective.

This is a great idea! In fact, I was thinking about making that my starting point. Like a website that collects all video content on the web by language, and then classifies them. I was gonna do that to size the market to understand what video are popular.

Would be good to understand the market to see how many are like you. Anyway.

Do you currently subscribe to any channel, like paid?

I currently pay about 5€/month via Patreon for one of the YouTube channels I am subscribing to.
