Glad to hear that you're doing well, Joaz!

Do you have any recommendations on getting started with swimming? Is it just something you go and do, or would you recommend specific prep and/or training? I'm able to "swim", but just at the level of keeping my head above water. I'd like to actually know some strokes.

When you are just trying to get exercise, doing it badly burns even more calories. So as long as you can keep your head above water now and then, just jump in.

I've gotten on the exercise train as well. Been doing a ton of biking. Completed a 46 mile challenge a few weeks ago in 4 days and today I completed a 26 mile challenge in 1 day. I'm doing these for medals and it has been a lot of fun. Helping keep me motivated for sure. My next goal is 50 miles in one day.

2 week holidays. Lots of cycling and guitar playing. No go. I'm afraid that's usually a good sign ...

I just admire those people who get to do a lot of things in a day. Personally, I only find time to play sports in my garage and to play online games. Lol
