Board Evaluations biased by komi

Post by Javaness2 »

Is there any app available which lets me see how the situation changes by adjusting the komi?
For example,
I am at move N, komi is 6.5, current evaluation is X, the best moves are A to E
Now I change komi to 0.5 , current evaluation is X2, the best moves are A2 to E2

Something which does not demand me to reload the game continuously with different values for komi in the sgf file

You can do this with katago + lizzie. After you load your sgf with lizzie and the katago engine loads, you can use the console to adjust komi on the fly. For example, if you type `komi 6.5` in the console, you get the evaluation for 6.5 komi. Then, if you type `komi 0.5` into the console, that's sent to the katago engine, and the graphical interface automatically updates the suggested moves and evaluation without having to reload the file.

Ogatak does this rather easily (well, as long as you stick within "normal" komi range of 0-7.5) you can just left-click or right-click the komi on the fly.
