IIRC, KataGo's paper mentions some work done regarding the amount of Leela's visits for a position and it's associated benefits and costs.

Has anyone checked how that scales (or doesn't) with smaller board sizes? Related, how many visits do chess and shogi get, in lc0 or alpha?
