It looks like John Fairbairn's long-awaited reprint of Kamakura has finally gone to print (on demand): https://www.amazon.ca/Kamakura-ten-game ... B09SDCQ98N.

There apparently have been some slight modifications/updates, I'm not sure if anything of substance was lost, but I've ordered my copy already. I don't have an original copy to compare against however. Hopefully this satisfies your need, Farodin :)

I forgot to update the topic, but I have already managed to secure a second-hand copy of the original kamakura book :)

However, thanks for the update on the updated Kamakura book! I still intend to get it in the near future, as I quite like the "effortful learning" approach that John Fairbairn has been using in his more recent books.

It seems apposite to mention that a new Go Seigen match book is on the way. The final version of "Survivors", a book of two matches between Go and Iwamoto is currently being proofread. Keep watching here. I say that because at least some people appear to have missed my thread on the new Kamakura book.
