This year's European Championship was in Russia in April. Next year it will be in Turkey, in June. I don't know about other pair go tournaments in Europe.

In France, there's a pair-go tournament aside the main tournament in the Auvergne land. It will take place on the 2nd of October of this year. They labeled it the French Pair Go tournament but i don't know if it's very big ^^!.
