I haven't been able to access https://kansaikiin.jp since several weeks ago. It always says "You don't have permission to access this resource". Can anyone confirm this? Thanks

Yes. It is down except for Japan and South Korea. We were checking this on Pandanet during the second day of the Meijin game.

Yes, accessing kansaikiin.jp has become more difficult.
A moment ago I looked for new players and added a line for 大谷健介 Otani Kensuke to https://homepages.cwi.nl/~aeb/go/misc/progression.html .

Yeah, the issue was resolved a couple of weeks ago or maybe it was just last week.

The player profiles on the Kansai Kiin webpage are really funny sometimes, not like the bland player profiles at Nihon Kiin webpage which doesn't even mention personality, special skill or a thing they hate.
