I thought I played this yesterday in my one game as white but I see I misremembered it (I reversed 2 and 4). My opponent responded at 'b' and I wasn't sure what to do next, was that an underplay on his part? I won anyway.

looks a bit too solid, but Black can continue at "x" for a good shape. I agree that a local follow-up does not look urgent now.
Besides "a", "b" looks like a good point for White and, in some circumstances, "c".
