I think you switched White and Black in your final comment at some places, though. I tried to correct that in the following quote; is that what you meant?

White just died.

It seemed White overplayed when he made the invasion on the bottom but he handled it very nicely.

Black played some shape-mistakes on the leftside, which made the group in the center rather strong and White took a firm territorital lead.

Black tried to make something happen by making a ko at top, however it kind of backfired and the game seemed lost. But Black kept on fighting, trying to create a chance for himself and he managed very nicely.

I think for weaker players, White's play in this game is a very nice lesson. Even though you lead most part of the game, even one mistake can cost you the whole game and it happens quite frequently for all of us. So it's important to try and figure out your opponents plan and protect when you need to protect. Also, if you are behind you should not just give up but keep on having fighting spirit and try to create the opportunity as Black did in this game!

Thanks! You got pretty much everything correct except the last part, it was more supposed to be like this:

"I think for weaker players, BLACKS play in this game is a very nice lesson. Even though your _opponent_ lead most of the game, even one mistake can cost him the whole game, and this is something that happens quite frequently for all of us (lose when we have a "won" position). So it's important when you are leading, to try and figure out your opponents plan and protect the areas that need to be protected, and not just keep on trying to take more and more territorys, winning with a few points is enough.

Additionally, when you know that you are behind, you should not give up on the game but keep on having fighting spirit and try to create an opportunity to catch up or take the lead, as Black did in this game!"

I always get nervous with opponents making all kinds of 4th line territory while pushing a third time like at the beginning, but I guess luckily the wall was used in this case.

[quote="Fredrik"]Congratulations Magicwand. I also took the liberty to review the game! :)

thank you for your comments.

i enjoy complicated fight more than others.
i rather lose game by fighting than play defensive all game and lose..
i guess it is in the blood of most koreans.

i guesss for me to improve i must learn not to overplay for stronger player will always penalize my overplay.
then again...i enjoy handycap game and i need that aggressiveness to give them hard time :)

again thank you.
