the Rotterdam Go club is not very active.
make sure to call ahead, or you risk there is nobody there.

I think you will have better luck visiting either the club in Den Hague or Delft, both of which are very active.

are you looking for a regular cheap board and glass stones to play at home?
or for a "real" table goban with legs?

I have several and one is a used one, probably Katsura, folding board, around 30 years old, slim Glass stones (Japanese) and
I do not have it available before mid-March (because it is located 700 km from The Hague).
