My POV

Post by Apoah »

If you peruse my recent games you will see that I have had some pretty embarrassing losses as of late. I would like to take this time to formally blame my new Go partner. He has only been playing the game for a few days and honestly he sleeps through most of them. However, there is something about him that seems so wise, so I often take his advice in difficult situations. If his track record doesn't improve, I'm afraid though that I will have to go back to thinking for myself.

If you play me on KGS recently, this is most likely my point of view:

Congrats, and may your life never be the same! :)

Another strong argument in favor of turn-based games.

I'm somewhat in awe of your ability to play on KGS while caring for your son. I think I tried three times while holding my daughter, and she woke up every time. I soon migrated to DGS.

He likes go. I think the clicking sound soothes him. I also play Beethoven in the background.

One thing I have noticed is that feeding and burping your child while on KGS really gives you time to think about your position before making a move!
