iBlackWhite App for iphone

Post by 1986 »

this is one of my favorite apps i haven't heard anything on here about it yet.
its for the iphone its iBlackWhite

it is pretty much the game records from current games from the top 3 players from each country

China-

Gu Li

Kong Jie
Wang Xi

Korea-

Li– Shi– Shi ( Yi Se-tol )
Li-Chan Hao (Yi Ch’ang-ho)
Cui Zhe Hang

I’m not sure who the Japanese players are if you can help me out with the names i would appreciate it i cant recognize their pictures either

(I cant find a translation)

But it’s a good way to keep up with the games…

Its basically in another language but the controls are the easy to understand so I like the app
Anytime I think about a good game I seen and want to watch it I can just pull out the iphone

And it kind of picks up where the smartgo app left off as far as pro games

So far I had the app for about a month and a half and I already got two updates so its keeping me pretty current

another app i think is the only app that lets you play games online via IGS is Tetsuki i have connection trouble with it sometimes but it gets the job done!

SmartGo Kifu has 30,000 games. It's a much better deal.

i agree and it has a nice little replay feature too! i have both, i don't know if smartgo is going to update
its database its already pretty large. especially for a phone app. but i like to see the new games too
i watch them on wbaduk as often as i can and with iBlackWhite
after the big games are done i get them updated to my iphone so thats nice too.
although it doesn't have a replay feature, the games are exciting enough as it is!

i checked just to make sure i don't have duplicate games and the records seem to pick off where smartgo left off
so the games are different. its a pretty cheap app anyway.
