What do you want to know? Here's the policy:

The only rule here (besides the terms of service) is no time limits. You may come and go from a game at any time, but KGS may treat you as an escaper if you play more than 4 rated games at once.

Well, OGS has some problems these days. But it is surely better to play turn-based games on a suited server. if you ask me.
