The website gives contact information, but only links to an old Sensei's page concerning updates.
I ask because one potential improvement would be tweaking the layout for touchscreens. I think it would help if the buttons were larger, probably with better spacing. In particular, the buttons are far too close to the slider to work with touch based input.
Is Eidogo still being actively developed?

AFAIK, it's not been developed much. I've got my own branch of it on github which I've added some stuff to (and fixed some bugs).

However, the layout is all just css, so you could add a custom stylesheet if you wanted for a particular purpose.
