KGS was covenient for people last time, but there wasn't any rule indicating this had to be so.

The games must be real-time, but so long as the players agree on which server, I don't see a problem (especially since the results are self-reported).

If two players live close enough, a live game would be interesting (just have to remember to have someone record it, I think).

Yup, basically that. I've only been collecting participants. I figured we'd need more before organizing brackets and deadlines.

I guess the big points of clarification (most already brought up) is when to start this and the basic rules.

I personally have no problems waiting for a similar start time to make this the "Annual L19 Tournament," but have no problems starting sooner as well. And are we still planning on having the winner of the bracket challenge Tabemasu for the "title?"

As for rules, sticking with the same time settings? It's already been established so I would vote to stick with those and keep all the basic rules consistent between years unless there is a major reason to clarify or streamline things if some one thinks some thing isn't working - though I haven't had, or heard, of any complaints from last year.
