Cannot access FICGS

Cannot access FICGS
I do not get a connection to FICGS. It seems that the domain name lookup fails, and it does so from two completely unrelated internet providers. However, http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ficgs.com gives back that it is up. Ideas?
A good system naturally covers all corner cases without further effort.
