Trying to access Tygem

I found an old thread this old thread on godiscussion on how to get on Tygem.

I'm trying to access Tygem by creating an account at the Chinese (eweiqi) site. I finally figured out how to run the client in its native Chinese, but this error message keeps coming up after I try to submit my registration form. Do any of you know what the hell it says, or know someone who does? I don't know how many people on the forums play on Tygem, but I thought someone might and could have dealt with something like this.

I should note that the two bars that are empty in the cap are thus because I erased their contents in Paint. I suspect that the problem is the Chinese ID number (that I don't have). Although, people were able to register with a random ID, perhaps this has changed since then. I don't know.

Funny thing, I registered on Tygem just a few hours before you posted this, it took quite some time for me to realize how to get things going. Like you, I used eweiqi and everything went fine with 15 random digits as ID. Be sure to use both numbers and letters in your password, beside that I think everything is pretty obvious. 3 names, password, mail, security question, address. Just be sure u didn't miss anything.

I followed the guide--filled in each category with red stars and it still wouldn't work. I've attempted this several times.
Either way, that eliminates the ID as the problem, so, thank you.

I couldn't write my username with a capital letter. Maybe you can try this out?

It's hard to read the screencap, and my Mandarin isn't great, but I think it says

请您点击检查昵称是否可用按钮

asking you to click on the button to check whether your English nickname (英文昵称) is available.
