Go forums community makes the news!
Stop the presses! AGA e-journal editor Chris Garlock just emailed me this article; looks like it'll be running in this week's issue.
---
GODISCUSSIONS USERS MOVE TO NEW FORUM: Two grassroots efforts to replace
the popular GoDiscussions.com forum – which has been plagued with
technical issues in recent month – have resulted in a new home for go fans
to discuss go topics online. When the GoDiscussions users decided on
Wednesday to move to the new Life in 19x19 Forums
http://www.lifein19x19.com/forum/index.php Shodan Imports owner Chuck
Thomas redirected all traffic from igodojo.org to Life in 19x19 Forums.
“Let's get on with the endless arguments, pedantic nitpicking and good old
fashioned grumpiness!” said user “CarlJung.”

Yeah, I discovered this forum by reading this article, I must say it was quite surprising... I still don't understand what happens with GoDiscussions.

If only our Sensei's Article were in some sort of publicly-editable format ...

Re: Go forums community makes the news!
The intent is to feature lifein19x19.com as an external article or site, not the SL article. Don't you guys like the free publicity? If you guys can improve the corresponding SL article, it would be even better.
Fwiffo mentioned the place for nominations and voting. Typically one of the librarians decide on which articles to feature, by selecting the articles with the most votes. Presently, the nomination and voting activity is slow. It would be good to see more activity in this area, and ultimately resulting in improved SL articles.
@Ross: What do you mean, not publicly editable? Just hit the "Edit Page" link...
