Hello! I finally decided to join up after lurking for a few days. I seldomly posted on GD.

I started Go in February 2006 and I reached 1k in 1.5 years, but then I stopped playing for a year. Nowadays I am hovering in the high kyus and my plan is to breakthrough to shodan by the start of my next semester (September). Hopefully I can do it with the many helpful users on this forum :)
