This is a video featured on the Wall Street Journal, where Jean-Claude Chetrit explains the rules of the game. And here's the corresponding article.

There was a very similar article this weekend in The Globe and Mail (a Canadian national newspaper)

Interesting. In both cases the articles seem to have been spurred by Henry Kissinger's frequent analogy using Go to describe the Chinese government's strategy.
