Game Record Sheets?
Yeah, I have a few that are circles on the board part for putting the move number in as well as places to record each move off the board. I'm tryin to find any that would be similar and in English. Any help?

I have these, they work very well. You may want to look at YMI on Ebay or Amazon too since sometimes you can get cheaper shipping through their other accounts than from YMI's website.
I came to go through Kawabata and was introduced to a whole new world.

Our own Hilltopgo has a Cafepress shop that sells blank recording books among other Go related items.

Re: Game Record Sheets?
20 years ago or so there used to be game record kits that consisted of a blank grid and a set of numbered round stickers to paste on the grid for the moves. This was be very popular because of the visibility/readability and because it minimized omitted moves and other errors like using the same move number twice.
