I´m devoting myself to studying the opening for now, i feel like in my games i get a huge disadvantge on it and ending up having to fight more than i would want to.

I'll step in line with Helel, Sodesune etc - I'm studying reading, via L&D tsumego

Though if I'm studying "for fun" I look at openings or Honinbo Shuei's games at the moment.

Currently I find the following parts of my game quite weak; opening, mid-game, endgame and really reading will help all of those.

I solve some easy tsumego (1001 l&d problems) before sleeping and occasionally play quick games when I have time. That's all I do.

Apart from that, if you see the game as a sport, medidation should also help because it helps you control your thinking flow which is the most essential thing for any kind of mind sport.
It is like what jogging is for a football player. Not that I do it, but I would like to if I had more time.

i know i have enough reading skills to comeup with correct move everytime if i really put my mind to it. many times i get lazy on reading and overplay etc..
i try not to make obvious mistakes and play like professionals.

The same, 10 stones weaker (at least) :)

That means : I know my reading is decent (I frequently outread players 2 or 3 stones stronger than me) but much perfetible, but my main issue is self control.

I think you've used the word "simple" in this type of context at least a couple of times now. I wish it were that simple for me, as well.
