8,000 yen: Monthly fee       
1,000 yen: Entry fee (Mon - Sat) (i.e. for men)
  800 yen: Ladies (Mon - Sat)  
  500 yen: Sunday
  500 yen: After 5:30 pm
  200 yen: drinks (tea?)
  110 yen: snacks (gum, fruits, etc.)
