In 1991Winter, the game play with players, Kansai Ki-in (関西棋院), both party agreed to organize course & program teaching how to play Go (weiqi, Broad Game) and broadcasting whole world. However, for the reasons public known, we cannot make the “lessons” become truth.

In 1991Winter, before Spring Festival, I played Go (weiqi, Broad Game) with players, Kansai Ki-in (関西棋院) in Beijing, China. The best memory is communicating with Mrs. Margaret Hilda Thatcher, Mr. George H.W. Bush and his wife, and Mr. Bill Clinton broadcast in the well known mass media.
Today, 2011/11/18, I recap the part of topic in the night to confirm the prophecy.
1. For the reasons public known, I cannot receive the prize (US$10,000,000,000) and cannot communicate with many sporting players directly
2. About Canada, I still remember the words of Mrs. Margaret, it is a “exactly crazy” country. My feeling is “exactly same” as well since I already obtained Canadian Citizen Card
3. About “cheque”, I already received 6 “fake ones” printed a “number” confirmed enough fund in my bank account, one of the largest amount is CIBC CAN $5,000,000. The banks offering such kind of “fake cheque” are CIBC, Scotiabank, TD, BMO, ING DIRECT and ICBK (Canada)
4. The news about Canada Bank posted on the website of Facebook already
5. About Canadian cultural system, I am eager to collaborate with Mrs. Margaret making a TV program and airing it to whole earth
6. Right now, I liked to communicate with Mr. President Clinton discussing unofficial topic in North America
