Sorry to have missed this in a quick search. The Apple App Store does not list a product for a chess or go clock for the iPad or iPhone. Seems odd. I must have missed something obvious.
Oh.
Nevermind. I found dozens of chess clocks at the iTunes App Store. Searching the stores for "Go clocks" returns weird results but I suppose one or more of the chess utilities will adapt to go rules.
Silly me.

Re: go clock iPad app?
For IPhone, Game Timer has free "Canadian Overtime" while GameClock seems to have the most complete selection of modes (including Fischer and bronstein). Both have paid Japanese byo-yomi.
I haven't paid for either upgrade or used either in a real game. So I don't know How either handles move counts in overtime or multiple overtime. Both can be downloaded and tested in "sudden death" mode.
