Just a heads-up to say that I've added two sets of Chinese books.

If anyone's interested in some issues of Go World - the last few years, plus a number of individual issues from the 70s and 80s - let me know, and I'll list them too.

I've also got some miscellaneous Chinese and Japanese problem books, which I'll try and list. I'll probably have to post covers, as I have no idea what their titles are. :-)

Ok, that will take a few days. I'll have to scan the covers...

No rush. It's probably more efficient to throw them on the floor and snap a picture, 6-7 would fit one quite well

For the Japanese problem books, could you also look for the ISBN number ( near the front ) and post that with the photos. That way we can paste the ISBN into google & amazon to get more details, and use computer translation.

Unfortunately this is just misleading advertising that wastes people's time.

I wanted to buy 2 Go World magazines and here is the answer I received from Kirk: "It’s not worth my sending two issues to Romania. The postage is going to be €4."

Yes, for 2 issues, €4 is too much to pay.

I'll note that you asked for a discount for "multiple" items, for a total of two issues. Big spender...

1) How much money a buyer is willing to spend on what you sell it's none of your business.

2) I don't care how much money you have to pay for the shipping. The point was that your statement quoted in my previous post is NOT true (ie. the prices include the shipping costs to EU countries) and I wanted to warn other potential buyers so that they know that your post includes misleading advertising.

3) Your original post included the promise of discounts for multiple items purchased by one buyer. If you don't understand the meaning of some English words, don't use them. Multiple means MORE THAN ONE, which is 2, 3, 4, etc.

Gee, I'm so sorry I hurt your feelings. So far, I've sold books to several people. You're the only one complaining. Yes, I said the price included postage, but I didn't expect anyone to want to buy only 2 issues of Go World. So I raised the price €1 each, and if anyone wants to buy several, then I'll lower it.

As for semantics, whatever...

1) Regarding the books you say that you sold... Did you try to sell them at higher prices than the ones displayed here? If not, of course that the other buyers didn't complain. It's obvious, isn't it?

2) If you expect orders of minimum "x dollars" and/or "y items" then mention that on your post. Otherwise your expectations that are not included in the conditions of sale don't value anything for anyone.

3) Here I'm not complaining of anything. I'm just warning the potential buyers regarding the lies from your initial post. A mistake that is corrected once is noticed is OK. From time to time anyone makes mistakes. However, when you argue with one of your potential buyers and don't apologize for the mistake it means that the mistake is not actually a mistake but a lie. And that deserved my comments posted here and some additional time wasted for the benefit of other potential buyers.

Since my warning is in place now, I'm not going to waste more time on your further comments. The purpose of my comments wasn't to argue with you or to teach you what obviously you don't know - that is none of my business anyway.
