downloading sgf files

hello,
could anyone someone tell me how to read an sgf file on my Mac. I can read them directly but it cant open the file (or whatever the required term is...)

You need a program like cgoban3 to open them. You can also upload them onto L19, Eidogo, or KGS.

Another free Mac Go app: http://www.sente.ch/software/goban/

Handy enough, nothing fancy though.
